For a presentation entitled \u201cEffect of Functioning Distractors on Internal Reliability of a Multiple Choice Questions Based Test\u201d, <\/strong>and delivered by Dr. Karam Hamweyah, the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0Faculty Prize Award in the category of Oral Short Communication at SIMEC 2018 has been received. <\/strong>Research team members include Dr. Mohammad Faisal Ikram,\u00a0Dr. Shoukat Ali Arain, Dr. Ahmed Yaqinuddin, Dr. Karam Mazen Hamweyah, Dr. Pallab Kumar Ganguly, and Dr. Wael M. Alkattan.<\/p>\n The research entitled \u201c<\/strong>Impact of Non Functioning Distractors on Item Discrimination, Difficuly, and Time Spent on Items; An Analysis of Computer Based Tests Using ExamSoft Platform\u201d <\/strong>was presented by Dr. Faisal Ikram. <\/strong>Research team members include Dr. <\/strong>Mohammad Faisal Ikram,<\/strong>\u00a0Dr. Shoukat Ali Arain, Dr. Ahmed Yaqinuddin, Dr. Hamza Yousef Suwan, Dr. Pallab Kumar Ganguly, and Dr. Wael M. Alkattan.<\/p>\n In addition, three students represented Alfaisal University at SIMEC 2018.\u00a0Mi Rim Kim, 5th<\/sup> year medical student, Razan Almesned, 3rd year medical student, and Abdulaziz Hussam Abed, 4th<\/sup>\u00a0year medical student.<\/p>\n These are the papers they presented under Dr Aniko Szabo’s and Dr Akef Obeidat\u2019s supervision.<\/p>\n Razan Almesned, Mi\u00a0Rim Kim,\u00a0<\/em>Abdulaziz Hussam Abed<\/em>, Gulsan A.
