The program aimed to enhance their knowledge and understanding of real estate development. This training program was in collaboration with the Engineering Science Institute for Training.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5670 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/news.alfaisal.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/002-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1129\" height=\"753\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The primary objective of this program was to prepare a select group of qualified Saudi students to enter the professional realm of Tatweer and contribute to the attainment of the company\u2019s strategic objectives. The intended outcomes of this intensive training included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding Real Estate Development, including familiarity with procedures and licenses.<\/li>\n<li>Financial analysis and financing.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the negotiation process.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and design.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and promotion.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of trends and innovations in real estate development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From among the participants in this training program, four individuals will be chosen to undergo further training at Tatweer headquarters, spanning a period of 18 months.
