Timming, Professor at the College of Business, Alfaisal University, has been honored with the Best Paper Award 2023 by <em>The Human Resource Management<\/em> journal for his paper titled \u201cAdvancing the Sustainability Agenda through Strategic Human Resource Management: Insights and Suggestions for Future Research.\u201d This recognition, awarded on the 11<sup>th<\/sup> of August 2024, underscores the impact of Dr. Timmings&#8217; research, which synthesizes various conceptualizations and theoretical perspectives from the emerging sustainable HRM literature, offering a comprehensive agenda for future research in the field.<\/p>\n<p>Alfaisal University extends our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Timming and his team of esteemed co-authors: Fang Lee Cooke, Shuang Ren, G\u00fcnter K.
