College of Business conducted its Awarding Ceremony of the ‘’5th BAE Systems Project Management Students Competition “Thursday, 3rd October 2019, announcing the top 8 prize winners of the competition at Alfaisal University Female Lecture Theatre.
The ceremony started with a poster exhibition of the 8 winning projects organized by the head of the Operations and Project Management at the college of Business, Dr. Mario Ferrer & Dr. Rahma Lahyani. The exhibition allowed the projects owners to showcase their projects and address questions of the competition judges and the ceremony attendees. The 5thth round focused on projects that concentrated on Blockchain Supply Chain, luggage transfer, transportation solutions, roof top supermarkets, traffic management, and tourism potential assessment. The poster exhibition started at 11:30 am and took a place around the external area of the Female Lecture Theatre. Following that, the President of Alfaisal University, Dr. Mohammed Alhayaza, opened the ceremony by thanking BAE Systems and welcomed the guests and winners. This was followed by welcoming remarks by the ceremony guest Eng. Majid Almuzairi, CEO of International Systems Engineering (ISE).
During the ceremony, the 6th round of the competition was launched and rules & objectives of the Sixth round was explained by Dr. Bajis Dodin and Dr.Mohammed Kafaji. A social followed the announcement of the awards
