One of Alfaisal Students ‘’ Leen Naif Altamimi ‘’ has been selected as the delegate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Youth Ambassador Program run by the United Nations (UN).
The Ambassador Assembly will be held in New York, USA from 14th to the 16th of February 2018 under the name ‘’ Winter Youth Assembly ‘’. The program is run by the UN and started its Annual assemblies in 2004, it features youthful delegations from countries all around the world representing their nations and presenting unique projects that possess great talents and ambition.
The 2018 Winter Youth Assembly is a platform to elevate the voices of young people in international dialogues, empower youth to advocate for future generations and mobilize youth as agents of impactful change.
Leen Naif Altamimi, a student of Alfaisal College of Business, expresses her gratitude and excitement for this opportunity, stating ‘’ It’s an opportunity that I can’t miss, and will very beneficial for my future, career and for achieving my dreams’’
