Alfaisal University proudly hosted the Wellbeing at Work Middle East Summit 2025, an event that brought together global leaders, healthcare professionals, corporate executives, and HR experts dedicated to transforming workplace wellness. Held at the Princess Haya Bint Turki Auditorium, this gathering served as a platform for exchanging insights, pioneering strategies, and actionable solutions aimed at creating healthier and more productive work environments.
Organized in partnership with the Alfaisal University’s Wellbeing and Health Office (AU-WHO), Wellbeing at Work®, and Sonas Events Ltd, the summit marked a pivotal moment in advancing workplace wellness across the Middle East. This event was part of the broader Wellbeing at Work Middle East Summit Series, which began in Riyadh on February 4th, continued in Dubai on February 6th, and concluded in Cairo on February 19th. It emphasized integrating well-being into organizational cultures in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
The summit explored five critical pillars essential for nurturing resilient and high-performing workforces:
- Mental Health & Resilience – Equipping employees and leaders with effective support systems.
- Leadership & Workplace Well-Being – Embedding well-being as a strategic priority.
- Human Sustainability & Saudi Vision 2030 – Aligning employee well-being with national transformation goals.

The event featured thought-provoking keynote addresses, interactive workshops, and dynamic panel discussions led by international workplace wellness experts. Participants engaged in insightful sessions on evidence-based strategies, leadership resilience, and innovative employee well-being programs, inspiring a forward-thinking approach to workplace culture.The summit was organized by the AU-WHO office and the Department of Family & Community Medicine at Alfaisal University under the leadership of Dr. Baraa Alghalyini, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to a holistic approach to health and well-being in academia and the workplace.
