Under the patronage of His Highness Prince Bandar bin Saud bin Khalid Al Saud, Secretary General of King Faisal Foundation, Member of the Board of Trustees, and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Alfaisal University, The Alumni and Placement Relations Department successfully concluded its 14th Annual Career Fair, reinforcing its role as a leading platform for career development and industry–academia collaboration.
The Career Fair featured 30 participating companies representing 14 key industry sectors including finance, engineering, healthcare, consulting, energy, technology, logistics, law, and the public sector.
This focused participation model enabled deeper engagement, higher-quality interactions, and more meaningful recruitment discussions between employers and Alfaisal students and alumni.
Highly Successful One-to-One Career Sessions
A central highlight of the Career Fair was the one-to-one mentoring and career guidance sessions, which recorded exceptionally high demand and strong engagement levels.
Students and alumni benefited from personalized sessions with certified career counselors, academic leaders, HR professionals, and Alfaisal alumni. These sessions provided tailored guidance on career planning, job search strategies, resume optimization, interview preparation, and long-term professional pathway development. Participants’ feedback consistently identified the one-to-one sessions as one of the most impactful components of the event.
