November 27-28, 2023: Alfaisal University’s Medical Education Department (MED) proudly announces its exceptional success at the 5th Annual MBRU Medical Education Symposium held in Dubai on the 27th and 28th of October 2023. Out of the four abstracts presented by the department delegation, an outstanding three posters were selected to be among the top five projects in the conference.
This remarkable achievement underscores the department’s commitment to excellence in medical education and innovative practices. The selected posters showcased diverse topics, including adaptive educational practices, conflict management, research education and faculty development, reflecting the department’s dedication to advancing medical education on an international scale.
One of the highlighted posters was presented by Abdulrahman Alnwiji, a 4th-year medical student and mentee within the department. Abdulrahman’s outstanding performance included delivering a compelling poster presentation and excelling in the oral presentation category, demonstrating his impressive skills and dedication to the field.
The success of the delegation, including Dr. Raed Albar, Dr. Ayman Mohamed, and future doctor Abdulrahman Alnwiji, at the symposium not only reflects its academic prowess but also highlights its commitment to fostering innovation and excellence among both faculty and students.
