College of Business invited Mr. Turki Alnagaidan to be part of CoB’s Executive Lecture
Series. Mr. Turki is the Chief Human Officer in Saudi Capital Bureau (SIMAH).
The lecture titled “Professional Personality at Work” was presented to the audience and College of Business students. It took a place on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, in the Lecture Theatre (F).
Mr. Turki Alngaidan focused on how to gain the professional personality. The lecture was split into 6 subtopics. It was explained to the students how important the soft skills in the professional world are.
Mr. Turki also discussed the importance of knowledge, skills and attitude in the workplace. He explained the concept by showing a visual example of the “Triangle of Success” that represents the above three keys to success. The lecture was an insightful lecture and it showed CoB students how to improve one’s professional personality.
The lecture is part of College of Business Executive Lecture Series. It provides Alfaisal University students and guests from the business community the opportunity to learn from some of the country’s leading executives and leaders as they talk about their experiences.
