It has been a great experience for our family to come to Riyadh and to serve on the faculty of the College of Business at Alfaisal University. Although Alfaisal University is young, it has quickly established itself as one of the leading universities in the Gulf.
I have grown professionally and personally and value my many friendships with students faculty and staff. Building a great university requires tremendous effort on the part of faculty and students. It is a shared mission and responsibility to prepare and develop the leaders of Saudi Arabia.
Professors can be demanding at times. It is because we desire that all of our students achieve full potential in life. To see any of us fall short would be deeply disappointing.
Unfortunately, family commitments require me to leave. Hopefully someday I can return. Riyadh will always occupy a special place in my heart. Until then, I will watch your progress from afar and pray for your safety and success.
