Now, more than ever, individuals are turning to virtual care that allow them to access healthcare services faster than the conventual way. Virtual care can streamline the experience and guide people to the right care, right away—improving health outcomes faster.
Thus, the College of Pharmacy (COP) in cooperation with Pharmacy Student Association (PSA) at Alfaisal University (AU) hosted an awareness campaign under the title “Know your medicine, know your vaccine” on April 8-9. 2021 virtually on Zoom. The campaign offers five virtual clinics: diabetes mellitus drug clinic, hypertension and heart disease drug clinic, asthma drug clinic, Women’s health drugs clinic and COVID-19 vaccines clinic. The campaign aims to educate our community and to promote awareness of using medications. Furthermore, to consults our senior students and clinical pharmacist regarding any medication issue.
