On Sunday October 24th 2018, College of Engineering held a lecture on “Introduction to Ernst & Young Company and their Co-op Positions” presented by Ms. Charlotte, Campus Recruitment Consultant at Ernst & Young MENA Talent Team. College of Engineering, represented by, Dr. Muhammad Anan, was very delighted to know that Ernst & Young recruited three of Alfaisal 2018 Graduates, two of them CoE graduates, in full time positions. The College of Engineering Graduates, Eng. Laila Felemban & Eng. Malik Hafiz first enrolled in Ernst and Young Co-Op program then were hired after graduation. Eng. Felemban and Eng, Hafiz attended the presentation and shared their experience with their fellow colleagues.
Ms.Charrlotte started the session by introducing the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Graduate Program offered by the Ernst & Young and explained how the program works. Ms. Charlotte added that Ernst and Young Graduate programs are designed to provide young graduates with the skills and tools to solve the current and future problems and challenges face by the clients, to create future leaders who can play a measurable role in building a better technical work and to help them make a smooth transition from the academia environment into the professional workplace.
- Charlotte also explained how the career journey looks during the this two years program, The Advisory Consultant Program (ACP) , The Audit Graduate Program and The Tax Graduate Program that offered by the company too.
