Samer Sagga, Abdulaziz Al-Dawood and Sulayman Al-Sugair, third year engineering students at Alfaisal, recently received certificates of appreciation for their study in “A Framework for Project Management in a Contracting and Construction Environment”, which was submitted to Mogareb Company Ltd. The certificates were issued and handed to the students by the Owner of Mogareb, Mr. Mohammed M. Al Qathani and the CEO, Mr. Ralf Schiffer, after a 30 minutes presentation conducted at the university on Saturday 15th of October, which was attended by the Dean of Engineering Dr. Abdulmajeed Mohamad and a number of engineers from Mogareb.
The study focused on developing a framework that relates modern managerial concepts that are applied in Saudi construction companies with the notion of business intelligence. The importance and the impact of the proposed integration were discussed thoroughly and have received a lot of positive interest from the companies’ management.
