On Sunday the 21st of Sep, 2014, The Ministry of labor in coordination with the Human Resources Development fund launched the Career Education and Development Program in Riyadh. The program is designed to enhance career life opportunities for graduates and help them make the right career decision. Ms. Aljohara bint Faisal M. Al-Saud, Acting Director of the Alumni & Placement Relations Department represented Alfaisal in this educational event to assure that Alfaisal graduates obtain best opportunities from mentioned program. The program also aims to balance personal aspiration with labor market needs, empower Saudis to equally consider all sectors of job market and enrich graduates› expectations about their first entry level jobs. The program will be activated in October and will be trialled on Alfaisal students through numerous exercises and activities. The activation plan consists of two phases, phase one is awareness and phase two is implementation. Phase one will be conducted with the support of Student Affairs and the career building phase will be conducted through the Alumni & Placement Relations.
