Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Alhayaza, President of Alfaisal University, College of Medicine hosted the 8th Annual Outstanding Mentor and Mentee Award Ceremony to celebrate the remarkable contributions to the Mentorship Program during the academic year 2024–2025.
The ceremony recognized the dedication and compassion demonstrated by both mentors and mentees throughout the year. Among the highlights were the Mentee of the Year Awards, presented to Haya Urooj Mohammad Ibrar and Mohammad Adeeb Alrimawi, for their exceptional growth and engagement.
The event also honored nine distinguished faculty members with Outstanding Mentor Awards for their inspiring support and guidance. The awardees included:
Dr. Fareeda Mukhtar, Dr. Abdul Ahad Shaikh, Dr. Hassan Shah, Dr. Muhammad Atif Mazhar, Dr. Raed Alawi Albar, Dr. Rana Mostafa Abdo, Dr. Abdul Rehman Zaidi, Dr. AbdulJabar Rasool, and Dr. Muhammad Raihan Sajid.
The ceremony concluded with a group photo capturing the spirit of mentorship and a message of gratitude from the Mentorship Program leadership. The event reaffirmed Alfaisal University’s ongoing commitment to instilling a culture of mentorship that empowers students and strengthens the academic community.
