On December 13 and December 15, the ARE department had organized and conducted two trips, one for the male students and one for the female students respectively, to visit Tiraz Construction Site at Prince Mashal Ibn Abdulaziz, Irqah, Riyadh.
The students had gained real site knowledge on the construction of residential units in hot climates (i.e., Riyadh), and learned about the methods used to mitigate its challenges. Alfaisal CoE students had got the chance to discuss real site problems, e.g., thermal and water insulations, electromechanical systems, piping, .etc, with Tiraz’s site managers and architectural engineers.
