October 25th, 2023: The World Sustainability Day Event 2023 was a ground-breaking event hosted by MSA’s Green Team for the first time at Alfaisal University. It was aimed at addressing the pressing issues of sustainability and environmental conservation. This event brought together students from different colleges, faculty, researchers, industry experts, and environmental advocates to explore innovative solutions and foster a deeper understanding of sustainable practices.
The event included videos of Green Team members highlighting breaking news on various statistics and issues leading to an unsustainable environment. Presenters raised awareness by educating attendees about global issues such as climate change, plastic pollution and ways to reduce it, in addition to other environmental challenges.
