Deputy Chairman of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Hamad AlShwaier was the guest of College of Business (CoB), Alfaisal University on 21st April to attend a meeting with representatives from the Department of Operations and Project Management (OPM). Dr. Mario Ferrer, Chairmen Department of OPM, received him and a team of experts including Mr. Yaser Al Shahri, Dr. Radi Al Atoum, Mrs. Nouf Al Jarallah, Mrs. Nouf Al Jarallah, Mr. Saad Al Aqeel and Mr. Nayef Al Oriefy who accompanied him. He was welcomed in the meeting room at Alfaisal University headquarters by Dean College of Business, Dr Bajis Dodin, and Dr. Sheraz Alam Malik, Asst. Prof of OPM. Matters of mutual interest were discussed. These include potential collaboration in establishing the Centre for Business Analytics, help accessing the Chamber data, addition to Riyadh Economic Forum for G20, training opportunities for business and research consultancies in area of supply chains of retail, constructions, etc.
The meeting concluded by agreeing to draft and consequently ink Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Alfaisal University & Riyadh Chamber of Commerce to further cement the relationship.
