During the course of the previous three weeks, COSGS Dean Dr. Hassan Shaibah delivered three workshop sessions to the COSGS members related to team dynamics. Participants had the opportunity to complete a team dynamics profile survey before to the workshop’s sessions, which allowed them to determine the roles they play, the language styles they most frequently employ, and the organizational attitude and mindset.
The audience expressed interest in doing further workshops of this nature on regular basis for the development of the college members.
