Alfaisal University is proud to announce the hiring of an imminent scholar, Dr. Bajis Dodin, to lead the College of Business (COB). Prior to joining Alfaisal, Prof. Dodin has been serving as Associate Dean and Professor of Operations Management & Management Science (OM/MS) at the University of California Riverside (UCR).
Known for his academic distinction in the field of OM/MS both in research and teaching Prof. Dodin has additionally occupied a number of senior administrative positions such as Department Head and Associate Dean at UCR; he was credited with improving the program of the School of Business at UCR to become one of the top business schools in the US.
Under the leadership of Prof. Dodin, the COB is well positioned and poised to offer effective and rich programs to Alfaisal’s students and bring the college to new competitive levels. Hiring academics of the caliber of Prof. Dodin is part of Alfaisal’s strategy and continuous quest to become a world-class university known for its leadership roles in education and in producing original knowledge contributions in the fields of business, engineering, medicine, and science.
