In a short time, Eng. Deema Mardini, Alfaisal University College of Engineering Alumna, was able to prove herself as a talented and effective young member of Pepsico International Company by winning a prestigious award and getting a promotion into a managerial position.
Deema joined Pepsico in 2018 as a production supervisor (FLM). Before Pepsico, she led a customer service organization project with the Ministry of Health along with GE digital. She contributed in “Shell Eco-Marathon” by being a member of Alfaisal University Engineering students Team who built building an energy-efficient vehicle. Deema was a major contributor to the production milestone of RUH Plant delivering 70% of MAKE productivity across 2019. Also, she received the 2019 Pepsico prestigious The Chairman’s Circle of Champions Award.

These are associates in Pepsico’s agricultural operations as well as those who make, move and deliver the company’s foods and beverages. Champions exhibit an unwavering commitment to ensure that Pepsico operations are safe, efficient and sustainable while maintaining integrity and freshness in its offerings. Honours travel to New York for a memorable three-day celebration and the Chairman’s Ring of Honour Awards Gala.
This award comes after Deema was recently promoted to a new role with PepsiCo which is Riyadh Plants’ Performance & Productivity manager.
Deema holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Alfaisal University
