Riyadh was home to the SETEX, (Saudi Global Education and Training Exhibition) organized by KACST with the cooperation of Ejad Arabia. The exhibition was held at KACST ‘King Abdulaziz City for Science & Technology’ from Tuesday 29 April 2008 – Friday 2 May 2008. The objective of the exhibition was to transform their slogan “Discover your Opportunity” to a reality for residents in Riyadh. Furthermore it aimed at providing potential students with a real chance looking for better educational and training opportunities with the finest Universities and training centers world wide.
SETEX attracted leading Private and Government Universities and colleges from around the Kingdom and world wide. The exhibition also drew high schools to the event which attracted a mixed audience of both male and female attendees.
The SETEX exhibition provided Alfaisal University with a platform to market itself as one of the leading innovative Universities in the Kingdom that prides itself in providing a high standard of international education. Alfaisal stood elevated among the many exhibitors as it exhibited its excellent student focused programs, its aspiration for becoming a research based University and its collaborations and affiliations with highly reputed international Universities.
Representatives of Alfaisal University were delighted to meet and discuss programs with many students and parents Both male and female students approached the Alfaisal booth which had a prominent location at the exhibition. Among the many potential students and their parents that visited the four day exhibition, were MBA researchers and career searchers.
We can confidently say that Setex was one of the successful exhibits that Alfaisal University participated in this year.
