Two research articles titled “Market Intelligence and NPD Success: A Study of Technology Intensive Companies in Finland” and Organisational Learning as an Antecedent of Technology Transfer and New Product Development: A study of Manufacturing Firms in Malaysia” were submitted by Dr. Matti Haverlia, Associate Professor of Marketing and Dr. Ricardo Santa, Assistant Professor of Operations Management College of Business, have been chosen as a Highly Commended Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2012.
The award winning papers are chosen following consultation amongst the journal’s Editorial Team, many of whom are eminent academics or managers. The papers have been selected as it was one of the most impressive pieces of work the team has seen throughout 2011.
