Alfaisal University successfully concluded the first phase of its HPV Vaccination Campaign, a health initiative aimed at raising awareness and expanding access to preventive care within the university community.
The campaign was held on campus over several days and provided HPV vaccinations, educational materials, and on-site guidance to participants. During this phase, 100 female patients, including individuals from the pediatric age group, received the HPV vaccine Gardasil 9 (G9), which offers protection against cancer-causing and wart-associated HPV strains.
The campaign was implemented by the Department of Family and Community Medicine
in collaboration with Alfaisal Wellbeing Office team, supporting awareness efforts and student engagement. The initiative was delivered in collaboration, reflecting the university’s integrated approach to health promotion and preventive care.
The HPV Vaccination Campaign aligns with Alfaisal University’s ongoing commitment to community health, evidence-based prevention, and accessible healthcare education for students, staff, and their families.
