Riyadh, October 2025: Alfaisal University signed a collaboration agreement with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center during the Global Health Exhibition 2025, held from 27 – 30 October, to strengthen partnerships in medical and academic fields and promote the exchange of global expertise in healthcare.
Through this agreement, both institutions aim to advance medical education, research, and innovation, contributing to the improvement of healthcare outcomes locally and internationally.
Areas of Collaboration:
- Development of academic programs through advisory services provided by Cedars-Sinai International, aimed at establishing an advanced research environment that contributes to the enhancement of scientific and clinical competencies.
- Exchange of faculty members to advance collaborative research in areas such as epigenetics and variations in disease presentation, supporting the exchange of expertise and strengthening current and future research initiatives.
- Provision of clinical training programs and courses for medical students, including shadowing opportunities and practical clinical supervision across various medical specialties, with the objective of enhancing clinical skills and expanding global exposure.
- Launching joint research initiatives and clinical observership programs for medical students, fostering international collaboration and providing a distinctive hands-on learning opportunity alongside leading medical expert.
