Alfaisal University successfully hosted its 2025 Open House, attracting the highest number of attendees in the event’s history. The annual event brought together prospective students, parents, educators, and school representatives to explore the university’s academic programs, student experience, and campus facilities.
Representatives from all colleges and key university departments engaged with visitors throughout the event, providing information on academic offerings, admissions requirements, student support services, research opportunities, and campus life.
A key highlight of this year’s Open House was the Future Architect Competition, organized by the College of Engineering and Advanced Computing – Architecture. The competition brought together high school students from across the Kingdom, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and interest in architecture and design.
The event also featured the Science and Technology Day, organized by the College of Science and General Studies. School students participated in a variety of interactive scientific demonstrations, hands-on activities, and educational exhibits designed to promote curiosity, innovation, and interest in STEM fields.
Additional contributions from the Library, Academic Success Center, Alpha Press, the German Language Program, and the Alfaisal University Enrichment Program enriched the visitor experience through informative exhibits and engagement activities.
The success of the Open House was supported by the collaborative efforts of university colleges, administrative departments, student organizations, and support teams. The Facility Department ensured smooth event operations, while the Public Relations and Marketing team delivered a comprehensive campaign that helped drive strong attendance and engagement.
The event was led by the Recruitment Office, with Recruitment Managers Mohammed Alnufaie and Jihan Alshugair overseeing planning, school outreach, logistics, and cross-university coordination. Their efforts, together with the contributions of faculty, staff, and student volunteers, helped deliver a successful and impactful experience for visitors.
