More than 60% of deaths are caused by chronic diseases, and it is our duty as the youth of Saudi Arabia to promote a healthy lifestyle to prevent such diseases. Life Ambassadors Symposium is a gathering of Saudi youth to promote and educate a healthy lifestyle through seminars, workshops, and an interactive exhibition.

The seminars were given by Dr, Zuhair AlSibai and Dr. Mohammed Alswes about setting a goal in your life and how health can impact your life and about examples of unhealthy lifestyle and how to prevent them respectively. More than 530 students attended and showed positive participation.

The workshops were given by a variety of professionals about how to deal with stress, how to stop addiction, how to lose weight, how to read food labels, how to exercise properly etc..

The exhibition had a photo booth, a competition, an awareness booth, and a registration booth to become a Life representative.
