A group of Alfaisal Life Science students won the 2nd prize at ‘KAUST International Undergraduate Poster Competition’’ held from 20 – 24th of January, 2019.
The Life Science students who won second place are Raneem Almatrafi, Sara Alsheikh, Aseel Alsantely, Lamya Alfuhaid, Arwa Alghuneim, Aljohara Alaskar and Alanoud Binshebreen. Their winning poster is entitled “Profiling of Signaling Pathways that Control Therapy Resistance in Colorectal Cancer”
Dr. George Kulik, Head of Department of Life Sciences congratulated the winning students on their achievement, and stated: “It is becoming a tradition for Life Sciences students to receive prizes at KAUST.”
