June 16 – 19, Norway: Dr. Mahmoud Fallatah, Associate Professor in the College of Business Department of Management, and Management Consultant, participated in the 26th Annual Conference of the European Academy of Management (EURAM 2026), hosted by the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder (UiA) in Kristiansand, Norway, from June 16 to 19, 2026.

During the global event, Dr. Fallatah presented his latest research findings, representing Alfaisal University among a gathering of over 2,000 international academics, researchers, and practitioners. Beyond his presentation, he actively engaged in key tracks covering strategy, innovation, sports management, and family business research.
Dr. Fallatah’s participation aligned with this year’s conference theme, “Navigating High Waters: Managing in an Age of Disruption.” The 2026 edition focused on exploring strategies that enable organizations to operate effectively during periods of high uncertainty, examining organizational resilience, corporate agility, risk management, and innovative business models in response to shifting global complexities.

Dr. Fallatah emphasized the significance of this participation in strengthening the university’s international academic presence, highlighting how the EURAM community provides a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and advances practical management theories, designed to help organizations navigate today’s disruptive environment.
