This prestigious event saw participation from medical students across various universities as well as Saudi Commission for Health Specialties trainees (residents and fellows) from multiple hospitals.
With enthusiastic support from the Department of Family and Community Medicine (Dr. Baraa and Dr. Abdul Rehman Zia Zaidi), our students showcased their research prowess, securing top positions and significant cash prizes.
We are incredibly proud to share that four out of the five winners are students from Alfaisal University:
- First Place: Sarah Alsaleh – 7,000 SR
- Second Place: Mayar Alatout – 6,000 SR
- Third Place: Marwan Alaswad – 5,000 SR
- Fifth Place: Rasoul Turko – 3,000 SR
This achievement is a testament to the high-quality research and academic excellence at Alfaisal University. The competition provided an excellent platform for our student to present their innovative research, gain valuable experience, and receive recognition amongst the medical community.
We encourage all our students to seize such opportunities, as participating in research competitions not only enhances your knowledge but also significantly contributes to the advancement of medical science and patient care. We hope this tremendous success paves the way for increased interest in patient-centered primary care research opportunities.
