Thursday May 16th, 2024: As part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Tatweer, a prominent company in the field of Real Estate Development, and Alfaisal University, Tatweer initiated and successfully concluded an intensive 30-hour training program for 30 Architectural Engineering students and graduates. The program aimed to enhance their knowledge and understanding of real estate development. This training program was in collaboration with the Engineering Science Institute for Training.
The primary objective of this program was to prepare a select group of qualified Saudi students to enter the professional realm of Tatweer and contribute to the attainment of the company’s strategic objectives. The intended outcomes of this intensive training included:
- Understanding Real Estate Development, including familiarity with procedures and licenses.
- Financial analysis and financing.
- Understanding the negotiation process.
- Planning and design.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Marketing and promotion.
- Knowledge of trends and innovations in real estate development.
From among the participants in this training program, four individuals will be chosen to undergo further training at Tatweer headquarters, spanning a period of 18 months. This advanced training program will not only provide monetary compensation to the selected candidates but also offer them the opportunity to receive a job offer from Tatweer.
