For the 3rd time, the Community and Service Committee (CAS) at Alfaisal University achieved a Guinness World Record for “the most people in an online video relay holding a sign” with 86 people participating.
The record was achieved on the 8th of April 2021, in celebration of people with hearing impairments, and to spread awareness within the Saudi community. Its cause aligns with the previous record held by CAS which is: ‘’Blind Taste Test’’ in 2018.
This attempt beats the previous number for the same challenge, which was 63 people., the news was revealed in a video message from Guinness World Records judging team. CAS team were honored by the University’s President Dr. Mohammed Alhayaza and Dr Hend Al-Sudairi, Vice-Dean for Admission and Registration.
